Motorcycle Repair: What to look for in a garaged motorcycle, driveable, fuel system

Question
Hello...I was wondering what I should look for in a motorcycle that has been garaged for about 15 years.  Is something like this even going to be driveable without spending a ton of money on?  I'm guessing that new tires will be needed and the fuel system drained.  It's been in a garage (not heated, but attached so it doesn't get rediculously cold) under a cover and has not been started in about 15 years.  Thanks.

Answer
The biggest problem you will have with a bike sitting like that is bearings rusting and a rust ring in the cylinder from the rings. Also, all the seals will probably leak from sitting and drying out. If you are going ot buy it you had better figure rebuilding the motor and trans and replacing all the seals.
Good luck and happy riding
