QUESTION: how do i or can i replace my bottom gaskets on my 190 electra glide classic

ANSWER: Is your head gasket leaking or the base gasket?

you cant just tighten it down. You would have to replace the gasket. To do the work that is needed you need to get a service manual and it will give you the steps you need. the problem you are going to run into is you will need to mic the cylinders to make sure they are not to worn and you have to have compression plates for that. You will also need piston ring compresser to install the pistons back in the cylinders. Also you will need a torque wrench to torque everything.
