Motorcycle Repair: How do you sync a carb?, synchronised, carbs

I have a 89 ninja zx600. I'm putting the bike together. It is my first bike and I have to mount the carbs back on and im wanting to know if there is a site to show how to mount and how to sync them after mounting.

Congratulations on getting the bike.  The first purchase you absolutely need to make is a workshop manual if you are going to do your own work.  The carburettor aspect will be well covered in that.  Normally the carbs are 'bench' synchronised, followed by a carb balance on the bike when it is running with vacuum gauges.
