Question
does the ignition coil for a cb 360 have 2 wiresgoing in? mine didn't have any coils when i got it i cant find any for it so i got a universal do i just rubber mount it and ground it thru my points or will that work???

Answer
Nik... see http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb360-us_model1007/partslist/F++24.html  #3 and #4.

Should be able to find them on Ebay. I used a 360 coil on my CB350 and the only difference is the color of the coil.

There has to be a primary wire going to the points and the power feed input wire (black/white wire). The wire connectors for the stock coils have s double female connector on the primary side to tie the condenser lead into the circuit.

You have to use a points/condenser type of coil, around 4.5 ohms primary resistance with this ignition. Using a coil for an electronic ignition system, which usually has about 1 or 2 ohms will cause too much current draw and burn the points up quickly.
