Motorcycle Repair: 2005 Road King Classic (FLHRCI) Clutch Adjustment, clutch adjustment, clutch lever

I just purchased a 2005 Road King Classic with 12,700 miles. The clutch seems a little sloppy, takes a little longer to grab then my Sportster. How do I go about adjusting it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check your clutch lever, you should have about 1/8 inch play in it. If you need to adjust it follow the cable to the rubber boot. Slide the boot out of the way, loosen the lucknut and adjust the cable and retighten the locknut
