Motorcycle Repair: tipped over vento motorcycle, vento motorcycle, spark plug

My vento 250 was tipped over, I tried to start it and
changed the plugs. But no luck someone said it might have a
tip over senor. How would I clear it. The bike never hit
the ground , it just leaned over about 45 degrees.

That should not have tripped anything.  For the bike to start you need fuel, compression and spark.  You can check for spark, and if you have spark and the engine sounds normal when trying to start, remove a spark plug and see if it is getting fuel.  Good luck,  Jan
