hi mike need 2 remove steering lock on my 2004 sportster as it oes not work

In order the remove the steering lock the whole front end has to come off. It cant be removed unless the triple trees are removed.
I would suggest getting a service manual if you are going to do this yourself. You will find pics and how to remove everything as well as the torque specs
