Motorcycle Repair: exaust, stock pipes, couple holes

what can I do to make my exaust louder on my 06 1200L sportster? It has the stock pipes and mufflers.Is there anything I can do to the baffles.Someone said to drill a couple holes in the muffler, baffle.Or just buy new exaust.

Your best bet is to buy  new mufflers. Drilling holes will give you a littel more noise, but it changes the back pressure on the motor and drilling has no control of that
Also, if you change the exhaust, you will probably have to rejett the carb as you will lean out the bike
