Motorcycle Repair: cl350 engine case lost part, stud bolts, rubber pieces

Question
Hello,
I have two seemingly simple questions but I don't know. They are about a 1972 honda CL350. I need the stud bolts that stick out of the cylinder head for attaching the exhaust. I know honda doesn't make them anymore and they are an irregular size (8x58). Do you have any leads? I think ebay has them for like $20 at the moment. other question - I was replacing the cam chain roller and I lost one of the little rubber pieces that holds the roller assembly in place (the ones that the shop manual says to be careful about). They are the bits that are on either side of the roller assembly. I was wondering if you had any tips for getting it out of the crankcase (I think) that it fell into. I can't see it in there. I tipped the engine to try and get it out of the oil plug. I don't know if it can even get out through there. Would it be fine to run the engine with the piece in the crankcase? doesn't seem like a good idea. Thank you.---Marc

Answer
Sorry for the delayed response, I've been out in the yard burying a drain pipe.  Mark, if it were me, I'd go to the hardware store and buy a 8x58 mm bolt or longer and cut the head off and just tap it for the right size thread.  As far as getting the rubber piece ot of the crankcase, there's only one way and it's taking it apart...sorry.
