Motorcycle Repair: hondy 3 wheeler, 3 wheeler, lock nut

i have a 1985 honda 3 wheeler it starts great and runs good but will barely moves i tried using honda oil but that did nothing can you help

Karen, it sounds like the clutch needs to be adjusted or rebuild.  To adjust the clutch, you have to loosen up the lock nut, back the screw out until you feel a slight resistance, and then turn it in 1/2 turn and tighten up the lock nut.  If this doesn't correct the problem, you'll need to rebuild the clutch.
