Motorcycle Repair: powder coat, rocker boxes, all chrome

I was thinking of powder coating my motor/engine instead of doing the all chrome thing that we always see. I know that you can do the primary but can the rocker boxes be coated? are there any parts tat CANT be done?? thanks in advance

You can powder coat anything metal. The only difference is if you are doing a exhaust system, you hae to use high temp powder. Just make sure the parts are really clean. If you are planning on doing the motor you would have to take it apart.
