Motorcycle Repair: Ignition Switch., flht, handlebar

I have a 2003 electra glide standard would you explan how to remove the ignition switch. Thanks A Bunch!!!!

I had an '04 FLHT but never had to remove the ignition switch on it, so I won't be of much help to you. I took a look at my '07 FLTR, which should be similar to your setup, and it appears that the handlebar clamp and cover needs to be removed in order to access whatever holds the ignition switch in place underneath.

I'm curious as to why you want to remove it, though.
