Motorcycle Repair: 1977 honda cb750a hondamatic, honda cb750a, wireless router

Hello Rich. I bought a cb750a that was partially torn apart. The alternator had been taken out because it was wobbling. We put a new used one in and now it turns over with no chattering but it will not fire. Is there a certain way the tree wires from the alternator should be plugged in or should I look to a different are for firing issues. Thank You!

Sorry it taken so long Robert, my wireless router quit working last week. The two systems are not related other than it takes a charged battery to get the bike to run.  The three yellow wires don't really matter how they are connected.  I've alway tried to keep them connected the same as Honda's connector connected them but it shouldn't matter much.
