Motorcycle Repair: HELP--NO POWER, test light, hot wire

HELLO,I HAVE A 1990 ELECTRA GLIDE,I HAVE IT ALL APART TO GET THE BIKE PAINTED,I HAVE ALSO REPLACED THE HARLEY RADIO WITH A KENWOOD MARINE GRADE ,[stock one died], THE BIKE PARTS ARE BACK,AN I HAVE NO POWER ON THE BIKE,NO RADIO,NO LIGHTS,NOTHING,I HAVE CHECKED THE BATTERY I HAVE 13.50 VOLTS,BUT AS FAR AS POWER NOTHING,ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANK YOU

Chec your hot wire going from the battery to the ignition switch with a test light. If you have power there then go fromt he ignition switch to the breakers and see where you are loosing power. Sounds like you dont have a wire connected
