Motorcycle Repair: Engine problems, adjustable pushrods, hydraulic lifters

Question
QUESTION: I have a v-twin SS  motor 2006 Here is my problem.  When it first starts up almost everytime if the engine has cooled down at all.  The front cylinder on the v-twin doesn't fire.  Once the engine warms up the bike runs perfectly.  If you shut it off for a minute it will fire up and run fine.  Lets say I let it sit for 30 minutes does the same thing.  What I have done so far is new spark plugs helped some but not much.  Replace in intake rings.  This is driving me crazy can you please help me thanks

QUESTION: it does have an accelerator pump but is definitely squirting into both equally.  What should i check next?

Answer
So what your told me so far is that both cylinders are getting good spark and adequate fuel and there are no intake air leaks so all thats left is the delivery of the fuel and the head gasket so do a compression check and since thats a S&S motor it should have hydraulic lifters with the spacers installed using adjustable pushrods so check the pushrod adjustment.
