QUESTION: I wait for about 2 minutes and turn it off. The ambient temperatue outside is about 40 to 45 degree. The plug has a brownish color to it.

Answer
When you start the bike you need to leave the inrichner about half way out for about 10 minutes or while the bike warms up. A cold motor needs more fuel to run. At 40 degrees it takes about 5-10 minutes for the bike to warm up all the way
