Motorcycle Repair: Vibration through pegs, new vibration, softail standard

Question
QUESTION: I have a '05 Softail Standard. I had the frame replaced due to an accident. Ever
since then, I have an extremely annoying new vibration that starts at 68 MPH.
the bike seems fine up to that speed, but the vibration becomes VERY
pronounced at 68 MPH. I am the original owner and I have just over 16K on
it. I brought to a HD dealer (dealer 1) for the repairs and subsequent
"troubleshooting" for the vibration.  They said nothing was wrong and no
vibration. Brought it to another HD dealer (dealer 2) who replaced the front
wheel, not the tire, just the wheel, and that cut the vibration down by about a
third. Oh, point of impact for the accident was the engine guard on the left
side of the bike. When I hit, the bike was 'pushed' down on the right side.
Speed was about 15 MPH at impact.

ANSWER: Ride the bike down the road and when it starts vibrating, pull the clutch in. Does it still vibrate?

QUESTION: Yes, the bike still has the vibration. Any ideas?

Answer
I would start by checking all the motor mounts and the swing arm for tightness. Also, check the steering head bearing to make sure its at the proper tightness. If that is all ok, then check your front tire for wear or bumps in it. If it looks a little bad I would replace it.
Good luck and happy riding
