ANSWER: I'm not certain I understand what you have done. Is it that you disconnected your battery then removed your carburator then reconnected your battery then turned the bike over with the electric start and a oily/gassy mixture was spitting out of your intake manifold during the starting period with the carb off?

QUESTION: thanks for responding, what I have, is the Carb- removed, then I reconnected my battery, and when I turn the motor over trying to start the bike, I have that fluid spitting out of the Breather hose thats under the seat and between the rear fender and the rear part of the frame, running off on to the rear tire to the ground. Any Idea? Thanks again; Dale

Answer
Sounds like your oil in your oil tank leaked by the check valve in your oil pump down into the lower end of your motor during the time that your bike was layed up. I'd drain all oil including the crankcase and refill. Possably your petcock also leaked by allowing gas to wash past your pistons in the cylinders and mix with oil in the lower end. I'd just drain all oil and refill also change oil filter. Turn your petcock off when your not riding if your not already doing so.
