Motorcycle Repair: Air cleaner, dyno jet power commander, nessacary

Question
I have a 09 street glide and want to change the stock air clear with either a stage I or a stage II.  Do I really need to have the bike dealer adjusted afterwards? and also I was considering putting on a dyno jet power commander will this be able to make the air fuel adjustments nessacary, and if so does this have any effect on the warranty of the bike?

Your bike came from the factory a little lean. Adding the air cleaner will lean it out a little more. If you add the power commander it will be able to make the fuel adjustments you need.
As to the warrenty, you would have to check with your local dealership or read your warrenty to be sure
