When running it is hard to shift into neutral, someone said it could be a throw out bearing, what are your thoughts?

Answer
On the shifter cam in the trans, there is a fine line where netural is. over time it gets harder to shift into netural due to the wear of the cam. usually, you can shift into netural very easily without a load on the trans. The two routes you can go with this is, one, leave it alone or two, replace the shifter cam. If you leave it alone it is not going to hurt anything.
