Motorcycle Repair: 1986 Honda xl600, honda xr100r, honda xl600

Dear Rich: There is one of these with 5000 miles near me and I am thinking of
trading my 2003 Honda XR100R so I can ride on the street.  Owner just had
carbs cleaned.  What else should I look for?  Trade may happen this afternoon.

Charles, you just have to check them over good by checking out every system.  If you don't feel confident doing it yourself, I'd recommend you take it to the local Honda shop and have it checked out.  It will cost you a few bucks, but it could save you a whole lot more if you find a major problem.
