Motorcycle Repair: chirping ( alignment eliminated), celleration, chirp

Question
My wifes '98 Springer Anniv.  Loud chirp from drive belt on de-celleration as well as sometimes constant on the road.  Had 3 locals do aligns & belt clean, 2 shops @sturgis the same.  Had 1 up there pull everything to make sure nut on drive tight, it was.  Some measured, some lasered, all left shop fine, soon as we get some hot miles on it, it's back.  Just out today (@65 deg) and right outa the hole cold, chirping, then quit on @ 25 mi. I'll call it instermittent, more prone on longer rides.  Anything like ?

Answer
Since your belt is aligned properly then its probably the belt itself. About the only thing you are going to be able to do is change the belt, unless the pulleys are bad.
I have seen the same things with brakes squeeling. You change them out and after that no problem.
Good luck and happy riding
