QUESTION: no just back into working condition

Answer
First thing you need to get is a service manual for your bike so you know the specs and how to work on it.
A bike sitting that long is not good. the seals are probably worn out as well as the bearings dried out or rusted. the motor will probably have to be rebuilt, because of rust as well as the carbs. the gas tank will have to be flushed and sealed. The master cylinders will have to be rebuilt or replaced and the lines flushed
Good luck and happy riding
