Motorcycle Repair: spring from rear brake caliper, rear brake caliper, heritage softail

Question
Hi mike,I have a heritage softail 96 model. My problem is with the single piston rear brake caliper. It was sticking so i pulled the caliper off leaving the 2 brake pads on the disc.A spring or a piece of wire fell out.It looks as though it is meant to keep the inside pad in place.Problem is i do not know how it goes back on.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thankyou

Answer
This is going to be tough to explain on here without a pic, but it goes ont he back of the caliber bracket with the two ends of the spring going into the two holes in the back of the bracket. If you can figure it out you might have to get a service manual to see the pic of what I am talking about
Happy holidays
