Motorcycle Repair: Removing Baffles, harley dealer, two different things

I have a 2008 XL1200L Anniversary Edition Sportster. I like the bike very much but it just isn't loud enough to suit me. Are the baffles removable on this bike? If so, how do I go about removing them? I've been told two different things at my local Harley dealer. One person said no they aren't removable while the other said they were. What's the real scoop here? Thank you for your help.

Check your mufflers. If you see a small bolt going into the side of the muffler then you can remove it and remove the baffles. If there is no bolt, then they are welded in and cant be removed.
One thing you need to know. If you remove the baffles you will lean the bike out. You will also loose power in the midrange, where you ride the most. You would be better off to get some tuned mufflers.
