Motorcycle Repair: 1993 FLHTC FAIRING REMOVAL, windshield, bolts

FAIRING I HAVE A 1993 FLHTC - I NEED TO REPLACE/ REPAIR THE SPEAKERS AND WAS WONDERING WHAT WAS THE BEST APPROACH TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE SPEAKERS....

Answer
You have to remove the front fairing to get to them. Remove the top bolts and the windshield will come off. Remove the headlight  and the headlight housing. Looking inside the fairing, on the sides, you will see 1/2 inch nuts holding it on to the inner fairing
