Motorcycle Repair: HD 2001 Soft tail, Starting Problem, starter solenoid, starter relay

Rode the bike 3 days ago.....tried to start it today but got a popping noise. The engine did not turn over or the starter engage....battery is fully charged. Is this a relay or selanoid issue?

Check at the starter where the solenoid connects and see if you have power there when you hit the starter button. If no power then you need a starter relay. If you do, then the starter solenoid needs to be checked. Before doing the above, make sure you have a fully charged battery
