Motorcycle Repair: electrical-86-flhtc, light hazard, tail lamps

Hello-I have a 86 flhtc-noticed the other day that some times the blinkers would flash a little and sometimes they would not when I was breaking and then kinda flash as I took off again-I turned the ignition on today and found that the green neutral light-brake light-hazard lights-spot lights-radio and finally the fuel gauge all don't work now after a 1 hour ride but surprisingly the starter and head light tail lamps do?I am guessing a major relay blew but the Harley Manuel I have is close to useless for electrical problems-any input will be very appreciated-Pat

First, you need to check at the key switch to make sure you have power going to the breakers. If you do, then go to the breakers and test on each side of them to make sure there is power. If no power, then replace the breaker. If you do then you will have to follow the wire to the switches to find the break
