Motorcycle Repair: 2002 FLSTS-I Exaust question, dual exaust, true duals

Cropped 037 Hi, I have the bike mentioned above and it has true dual exaust. Everyone tells me to get rid of the true dual, including the shop I go to. I see alot of bikes and hear some pretty awsome fat, low rumbly shake the block exausts. I was saved about 4 times by reving my engine at the last minute to make warey drivers aware. My problem is, I have no idea as to what to get that BIG sound from, which as mentioned, I beleive in for even just the safety of loud exaust. I don't have a whole lot of money to spend on the bike anymore. Can you advise me to any good "DEEP" sounding exaust that won't need a personal loan to obtain?

First, keep the true duals. They perform better than stock. On the sound, you can just change out the mufflers. You dont need to change the whole exhaust. Check around with some other riders to see what they are running when you hear somthing you like. they you can just purchase the mufflers
