Motorcycle Repair: 1972 Honda SL350, foot pounds, gasket

Question
I am replacing the right side cover gasket on the above, but I can't seem to find anything that tells me the proper torque spec.  Any assistance is appreciated.  Also, I assume they should be loctited, but please confirm.  Thanks.

Answer
I definitely would not use loctite.  Those screws are hard enough to get out once they've been in there a while.  I've had to drill the heads off before to get the side cover off.  There's plenty of bolt stretch to keep them tight.  You can torque those to about 5-6 foot pounds.
