Motorcycle Repair: hand grips, stock grips, hand grips

Hello;
I have a 2007 Deuce... I would like to change the stock grips. The new grips i have (fm Midwest motorcycle) don't have the 2 cable slots.can i still use them?..and how do i change both grips.... Thank You..

You have to have a grip with two slots, since you have two cables. When you get ready remove the cover over the throttle and you will see how the grip is installed. On the other side remove the cover and the grip will have to be cut off. It is glued to the handlebar
