Motorcycle Repair: 1989 Suzuki GSX-R 750, suzuki gsx r750, suzuki gsx r 750

Question
I have gone over several areas of this bike and tried everything I could think of. It's a 1989 Suzuki GSX-R750 that doesn't want to run right either the carburetters are getting too much air or too much gas I can't tell anymore. Almost every time I stop it dies. when I run with the choke half on it seems to act a "little better" but still periodically dies. I want to refrain from having to buy new carburetters given to replace the 4 of them will be $450.00 used.
