QuestionQUESTION: The bike was given to me. It does run but has not been driven in at least 2 years. We have put in a new battery and spark plugs. I am wondering where I can get a repair manual? Looking for ideas, replacement parts,tires,etc. Located in Litchfield Park, Arizona. I am in the fire academy and trying to do this myself due to funding.

There are a number of repair manuals on the internet. You can down load one from here http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/2643501-honda-cx500-full-service-repair-m
A lot of parts are still available from Honda or you may need to hit up the salvage shops for other parts that Honda doesn't stock. I've had really good luck with finding parts on the net it you aren't in a big hurry. I've always had good luck getting parts from cycle recycle part 2 in Indy. He has a website and he ships anywhere.
