Motorcycle Repair: 1971 honda cb350, spark plug gap, spark plug

Question
only the left cylinder is firing. the spark plug on the non firing side is sparking, but  the spark will not ignite the gas, so the gas runs into the exhaust. what is the correct spark plug gap suppose to be??

Answer
Plug gap on all Hondas are the same.... .028 inch.  If you have that much fuel going into the cylinders, the plugs may just be fouled.  I'd recommend replacing the plugs and see if that doesn't correct the problem.  Does that cylinder have good compression?
