Motorcycle Repair: CB175 Squealing Noise, oil starvation, starvation problem

Hi Rich,

My 1971 CB175 has started making an awful squealing noise!  It seems to
shriek in time with the RPMs.

Any ideas where to start looking?

I've see this once before. It was a bearing turning in the crank case.  It would only do it when the motor got hot and the aluminum expanded allowing the bearing to spin in it's bore.  I'm assuming it's not a oil starvation problem and you aren't seizing the pistons and crank bearings.
