QUESTION: I have water seeping into my primary case.

ANSWER: Do you have any oil leaks from the primary? How much water is in there?

QUESTION: NO leaks from lower primary.Cant really tell @ upper center of motor. When I took cover off to add/check oil it was up to at least half way of gasket.

I am not sure where you would get water in there from. Your primary is closed to the outside, unless you park it with the primary in water. then it might suck some water in when the primary cools.
I would clean it out and check it often after riding in rain.
