Motorcycle Repair: backfire and puttering, air fuel mixture, intermediate jet

Hello again, where can I find the air/fuel mixture screw? Intermediate jet? float? On my 2001 fxs. thank you again for helping!!

The air/fuel mixture screw is located at the underside of the carb. There is a plug covering it, so it will have to be removed. The intermediate jet is located inside the bowl at the bottom as well as the float. The carb would have to be removed to get to all three
