Motorcycle Repair: harley problems, sensers, efi

i have 2001 fatboy efi and security system, change battery now it starts and runs about 2 seconds and stalls.when i turn it off i can hear noise around efi, turn on it stops. i think the efi is shutting off when turned on please help me. i have tried everthing

About the only thing you are going to be able to do is take the bike in and haave a dianostic run on it. There are so many sensers that you wont know which one is bad without a dianostic. You would just be changing parts until you hit it
