Motorcycle Repair: hard to get neutral, lean condition, hot bike

I have an ultra 08 only 400 miles on it,and am having trouble getting neutral(takes 2 or 3x)when the bike is running,harley dealer adjusted clutch from outside only,any suggestions?I think he should adjust internally...I also have a very hot bike which i know is the lean condition,I have to double up the gas when taking off just not to stall(clutch problem too?)again stupid dealer says everything is normal...any suggestions?I was going to use nightriders xied's because I don't feel like spending on a power commander,what do u recomend?  sorry for the long question

As your bike breaks in it will get easier to get into netural. Where the dealer adjusted the trans is were you do that adjustment.
On the hot bike. Thye come out of the factory somewhat lean to pass EPA, so you need to richen it. There are many aftermarket add-ons to take care of this problem. The power commander is one of the best. As to me, I use a program that makes changes to the onboard computer so I am not adding anything. Check around shops in your area to see what they use and what they recommend
