Motorcycle Repair: 82 FLT Chain Boot Removal Tran side, chain boot, swing arm

Question
I am removing the 4 enclosed-chain-boot allen bolts from a 82 FLT Tour Glide so I can remove the primary housing case.
Got any tricks to access those suckers? I don't see how to even get to the two middle ones because of the swing arm pin. My book says there's a tool. Where can I find it?
Any ideas greatly appreciated!!!

I have worked on these before and I know they are a pain! I think that is why harley only made them for a few years.
There is no tool that I know of that will help as well as no trick. Like myself, you have to struggle to get them out.
