QUESTION: STOCK IGNITION AND KEHIN CARB FRONT AND REAR PLUGS DARK IN COLOR, ANOTHER NOTE WHEN THIS HAPPENS I TRIED PULLING THE CHOKE TO RICHEN IT UP DOES NOT HELP THATS WHY I THINK IT`S IGNITION, ED

ANSWER: A couple of things would cause your problem. If it was your ignition, it would happen all the time, not just when you romp on it.
I would first test the coil and spark plug wires to make sure they are good. The other thing is the carb. Plugged vent holes or a bad pumper in the carb will cause yur problem. When its sputters and wants to die it is probably getting to much gas and making it bog
I would pull the carb and rebuild it or replace it.

QUESTION: ALLREADY REBUILT CARB I`M A G.M. TECH W/35YRS EXP, IS IT COMMON FOR THESE COILS TO DROP OUT INTERMITTANT AFTER BEING STRESSED AND ARE THE MODULES PRONE TO FAILURE AS G.M ONES ARE AND AS I SAID IT`S NOT A BOG IT`S LIKE TURNING OFF THE IGNITION SWITCH JUST FOR A COUPLE SECONDS. ED

Answer
The coil as well as the ignition are not prone to shut down or cause a sputter when you just romp on the bike. The coil will either get weak or not work at all over time. the ignition is the same as well. It will cause a intermediate short allt he time, not just when you get on the throttle. That is why I suppect the carb. I have seen the stock kehin carbs get dirt in the small vaccumn holes and really impossible to clean out.
