Motorcycle Repair: 1979 honda cb750k, 1979 honda cb750k, speed jets

When i rev the bike up it hesitates then is doesnt idle down quickly cable and linkage ok bike sat for a long time ran carb cleaner through

Answer
Running carb cleaner through carbs has never worked for me.  Some people get it to work but when those low speed jets get plugged, nothing seems to clean them except taking them apart and cleaning by hand.  That what it sounds like to me.
