runs at lights sometime stalls came home mde made a clattering noise and died has spark will not start can u help?

Mike, does the bike have compression?  It's either spark, compression or fuel and you said there's spark.  Do you know you are getting fuel to the carbs?  Try opening the drain screw in the float bowls and make sure you have a steady stream of fuel coming out. I need a little more information to be able to be of much more help.
