Answer
Jeff,

Align the #1,4 T mark on the rotor.
Set the lines on the cam gears
so they are aligned with the cylinder head
surface facing away from each other.

Example: "IN" mark facing to back of the engine
on the intake camshaft.
and "EX" mark facing front of the engine
on the exhaust camshaft.

The chain has to be tight on the exhaust side
when you put the chain on the gears.

Check that the cam will not be opening
any of the valves when you tighten things
down. With the marks aligned the
number 1 and 4 pistons will be at
"TDC" or top dead center.

With the pistons at the top, none of the
valves should be open. You can look
at the cam lobes and make sure they
are not in position to open a valve.
Don't want any expensive mistakes!

Double check the alignment marks after
you hook up the chain and set the
cam tensioner in place.

If you have access to a degree wheel
here are the actual specs:

Valve timing:
Inlet   Open   37.5° BTDC
   Close   57.5° ABDC
   Duration   275°
Exhaust   Open   57.5° BBDC
   Close   37.5°ATDC
