Motorcycle Repair: 1966 harley sportster 900/cc, friction drive, harley dealers

i'm from ontario and i'm wandering if u can tell me what a new clutch,clutch cover gasket,clutch cover,clutch cover screws, clutch cover screw retainer, and finally a friction drive plate.... should cost approximately...i've called a few places and i think they here a woman and are tryin to burn me....any help is greatly appreciated...thanks carolyn

If you are calling Harley dealers for the price, they can't do anything to change the price on the parts you need, 2nd, anything 1966 is going to be a bit pricey just because the most of it will be obsolete, and very difficult to come by. In fact im working on a 1987 FLT whereas many of the clutch parts for the are obsolete as well....Maybe try having a male friend call if that would make you feel better, but as I said, anything 1966 is going to be expensive...

Other than that, I dont have available price lists, i would have to call a dealer as well...
