Motorcycle Repair: Horn and tail lights do not work, loose head, running lights

Question
I have 2000 fatboy and the horn and tail lights do not work. No running lights or brake lights. I check the voltage at the light and I get no 12 volts. Fuses looked good. I can not find anything loose. Head light works great. Turns over no problem.


Answer
If you have power going to each conponent, but they dont work then you have a bad ground. Make sure you have power at the light or horn, if you dont, then you need to follow the wire back tot he power source to find the problem
