Motorcycle Repair: Vance & Hines short shots, harley softail custom, vance and hines pipes

I thank you if you could answer this for me, I have a 1998 Harley Softail Custom I put Shot shot Vance and Hines pipes on it. It was great for about a year then I heard a rattle and figured out it was the baffle on the rear pipe that was loose. Question??? How do I tighten the baffle on this pipe. Any solution?

I am not sure if those baffles are bolted in or welded in. Look on the back of the pipe. If you see a bolt head, then they are bolted in. You might be able to tighten it up. If it is welded, then you would have to take the pipe off and have it rewelded
