Motorcycle Repair: basket case, irone, starter button

75 irone head sporster has not ran in 15 yaers i took off the jugs to ckeck thr rings they where fine whene i put every thing back together i had 4 washers left do the rock arms have 4 or 8 washer i would also like some info on the wiring frome the starter to the swith

The rocker arms shaft has a compression washer on the one side of the arm and the other has a o-ring. the rocker arm itself, has a washer with a spring to hold alignmant
on the wiring, are you talking about starter to starter button or starter to key switch?
