Motorcycle Repair: kx 100 clunking, kx 100, clunk

hey um i have a kx 100 and when i ride it i here a clunking noise would that be my bottom end goin or my clutch?

I need more info about the clunk, it could be
many things. A bottom end noise would be more
like a knock that gets louder as you speed up
the engine. You would hear it moving or not.
Does it change when you pull in the clutch?
Is the noise when you are stopped as well as
moving? Does it happen in all the gears?
What side of the engine is it coming from?
If you want to give me some more info I will try
to figure it out.
