Motorcycle Repair: Rebuild frequency, valve work, factory specs

Question
Looked at a 2oo6 ultra classic with 36000 miles on the odometer.  how long will this run before needing major engine work or valve work assuming maintenance has been done to factory specs?

It is all going to do with how the rider rides, how often the fluids are changed, and general maintance on the bike.
I have seen bikes go 80,000 miles without any problems, but it only takes one bearing going out to make a engine rebuild sooner.
